Order online
Shop online at your convenience through our website from your computer or other web-browsing device. Start by adding products to your shopping basket by clicking the "Add to basket" button under your chosen product, then click the "Checkout" button in the shopping basket and follow the instructions provided. Online payments are secured through Paypal.
Order by phone
To place an order with an adviser over the telephone you can call us on 0845 5432144 (lines open 9.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday). If an adviser is not available you may request a call back. You will be asked for details necessary for the delivery and invoicing of the order, and then for your credit or debit card information. This information is processed through a secure encrypted terminal provided by Streamline and is never stored by us. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted.
Order by fax
If you are a company or organisation you can fax your purchase order to +44 (0)1235 420517. Please include the correct delivery cost on all purchase orders. Delivery costs can be calculated by using the online shopping basket or alternatively by calling an adviser. Please also provide contact details including telephone numbers for the delivery and invoice addresses.
Order by post
If you are a company or an organisation you can also send your purchase order by post to our address shown at the bottom of the page. Please include the correct delivery cost on all purchase orders. Delivery costs can be calculated by using the online shopping basket or alternatively by calling an adviser. Please also provide contact details including telephone numbers for the delivery and invoice addresses. We also accept cheques accompanying purchase orders, however your order may take longer to process.
