Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond our control, we are currently experiencing a complete phone line outage which is affecting all lines. BT has informed us of a local fault and assure us this will be fixed by November 9th.
We are working urgently to provide a contingency as quickly as possible however during this time there will be disruption to our normal service and we will be unable to handle every phone call.
