Q. Do you cut mats to size?
A. No. We do not currently offer a mat cutting service. Products are available in the stated sizes only.
 
Q. Do you offer any trade discount?
A. No. We do however offer volume discounts on certain products.

Q. Do your products come in any other sizes or colours?

No. Products are only available in the sizes and colours listed in the catalogue/website.
 
Q. Do you accept purchase orders from schools, trusts or local authorities?
A. Yes. Please ensure the purchase order or covering letter is on your organisation's letterhead with an authorising signature. We accept them by e-mail, fax or post.

Q. Do you accept cheques?
A. Yes. The order will be dispatched after the cheque has cleared unless credit terms have been formally agreed.

Q. Why do you need my e-mail address?
A. We need your e-mail address in order to send you a copy of your invoice. This allows us to significantly reduce our environmental impact. We will only contact you at your request or concerning an order you have placed, and comply fully with UK privacy laws concerning storage and confidentiality of personal information.

Q. Why do you need my phone number?
A. We need to provide your phone number to the courier for the delivery of your order. We will only contact you at your request or concerning an order you have placed, and comply fully with UK privacy laws concerning storage and confidentiality of personal information.

Delivery

Q. Can I come to collect my order from you?
A. No. Regrettably due to a shortage of warehouse space it is no longer possible for customers to collect their orders. 

Q. When will my order be delivered?
A. Deliveries are made between 8am-6pm, Mon-Fri.

Q. How will my order arrive?
A. Small orders will arrive by courier. Signatures are sometimes required depending on the courier. Large orders will arrive on a pallet by HGV or articulated lorry. All pallet delivery vehicles will have a tail gate. Signatures are required for all pallet deliveries.

Installation

Q. Do you offer an installation service?
A. We can recommend and provide the services of a network of nationwide third party installers at competitive rates. Please contact us for details.

Q. How do I install the products I ordered?
A. We provide an installation guide for products that require special preparation eg. a sub-base. These can be found under the 'Download' tab on the product page (located under the pricing information).

Q. Do I need any extra mats/tiles when cutting them to fit a boundary?
A. Unless you can work out your requirements very accurately, we recommend an extra 10% of the installation area to allow for wastage of off-cuts during fitting.

Q. What is the best way of cutting my mats?
A. A stanley knife or other sturdy blade is the prefered cutting tool. Dipping the blade in a mixture of water and soap will help to overcome the friction between the mat and the blade. Use a long flat/straight object as a ruler to cut straight lines. Place a cutting mat or sheet of scrap wood underneath the mat while cutting to prevent damage to your floor and cutting tool.
